Weslaco Hospital Authority

Narrative

Under the provisions of the Hospital Authority Act of the 55th Legislature of Texas, the City Commission of the City of Weslaco is empowered to create a Hospital Authority which could issue bonds or notes that would not impose any financial or liability upon the City.
