The City of Weslaco is in the final stages of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and we need your input !

The Comprehensive Plan is a working document to be used by the various civic boards and city staff as a directional tool to move projects forward.  The Plan is broken down into eight different chapters.  To prioritize the plan, we are requesting assistance to rank the proposed implementation section.  The following chapters can be accessed through an Excel readsheet to conduct the review and ranking process, Land Use, Annexation, Transportation, Community Facilities, and Urban Design. 
 
Instruction to Review and Rank

To rank, please review the items under the "Action" column and in the "Priority" column prioritize each action item based on the total number of actions in each section with 1 having the highest priority and working down the number chain to the action with a lesser priority.  For example, in the Transportation section there are 29 actions listed on its spreadsheets.  Based on what is described in the "Action" column, you should determine which action item listed has the highest priority and note that as 1 in the "Priority" column.  Then you should determine which action item should have the second highest priority and note that as 2.  You will continue this until you have given a number priority for all 29 action items with 1 as having the highest priority and 29 as having a lesser priority.  You can do the same thing for the other four sections.
