Proclamations/Ceremonials - Citizens, Organizations wishing for the Mayor to proclaim an event must contact the City Secretary's Office at 956-968-3181, Ext. 3101 to set up an appointment for the signing of the proclamation. Citizens or organizations must send a draft of the proclamation to the City Secretary for the Mayor and Office review.  The City Secretary will set the date and time for the signing of the proclamation.  For any other ceremonial events requesting the Mayor and/or City Commissioners' presence individuals must contact the City Secretary.
