As per TXDOT: 

TRAFFIC ALERT/DONNA-WESLACO: Daytime/evening work THIS MON-THUR on the WB & EB I-2 frontage roads, between FM 1423 (Val Verde Rd) & FM 1015 (Int'l Blvd).
Seal coating 7a-7:30p & striping removal 7p-5a.
Intermittent ramp, lane & turnaround closures will occur in the work zone.
For the Donna/Weslaco seal coating operations, the following exit ramps will be impacted, tomorrow, Wednesday, April 18:

Both WB and EB exits from Westgate, Midway, Salinas, and Texas Blvd.

Off-ramps will be closed from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. On-Ramps in the same locations will be closed while the seal coat operation is being performed and then will be opened once the area is completed.

 Eastbound traffic should exit on the Hutto Rd exit, or the next available exit would be International Blvd.

For westbound traffic, Exit 159 should be used or the next available exit would be Airport Dr.

On Wednesday the operation will move WB and the preceding exits will be closed.

Work in this area should be completed by Thursday, weather permitting.
