City of Weslaco celebrated Administrative Professionals Day on April 26th 2023. 



Mayor David Suarez along with Commissioner Letty Lopez shared words of gratitude to the Administrative Professionals gathered at the Legislative Chamber. Mayor Suarez thanked them for their service to the City of Weslaco. He mentioned how he receives multiple calls a day from concerned citizens, and he is able to refer them to Administrative Professionals that are able to resolve the issues.



Commissioner Letty Lopez acknowledged their hard work and dedication to serving the community, which is not always an easy task. 



City Manager Martin Garza expressed his thanks and acknowledged the amazing work Administrative Professionals do on a daily basis.



Police Chief Dr. Joel Rivera also shared some words to his staff, and mentioned how they are the unsung heroes that deserve all the recognition. 


Department Directors joined their staff to celebrate their hard work.
